EnViva Complex Care is a specialist provider of complex nurse-managed homecare for babies, children and young people
Our philosophy is that for many families, managed care in the home is the best choice, enabling the family to stay together at home whilst receiving flexible, personalised care as required.
We know that a ‘one size fits all’ approach to our clients’ needs would restrict independence, which is why we personalise every aspect of our service to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients and those who are close to them.
With our teams of nurses and carers we are able to offer care for babies, children and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurological and other complex conditions. Examples of complex conditions where we provide care packages include Broncho-pulmonary Dysplasia, Tracheostomy & Ventilation at home, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Microcephaly.
EnViva Complex Care believes that it is best for children to be at home with their families. If you are caring for your sick or disabled child at home then we can provide the support that you, your child and the rest of your family need. We will work with you to ensure your child has the best opportunity to be as independent as possible.
Our nurses and carers help facilitate children’s play and educational activities, assist them both in and out of the home, and help them achieve their independence and long-term goals
Our knowledge of transition services means we can assist and support you in the transition process when moving from paediatric care to adult services.
We can also provide assistance outside of the home, including at school or college and during social activities such as horse-riding, for example.
Every individual’s health, care, education and development needs are catered for expertly with a tailored care and support plan.
Client care may be commissioned by local NHS commissioning groups, social services departments or may be arranged privately.
